Who We Are

With the inspiration from my two girls as we would practice ‘baseball math’, we developed a FUN, patent pending learning card program that encourages KIDS to strengthen critical Math skills by leveraging their existing passion for Sports. Together with Sports Images, Inc, a leading distribution company for sports and entertainment licensed products, we created Sports Equation.

Sports Equation engages KIDS to learn by using cards featuring their favorite Players, actual stats, and ‘real world’ applications in challenging them to solve FUN Math word problems. With the help of Teachers to create content, we recently launched our innovative MLB Math Learning Cards, officially licensed by Major League Baseball Properties, Inc, and Major League Baseball Players Association.

To help KIDS practice basic Addition and Multiplication Math Facts with a fun baseball twist, we also introduced Math Flash Game Cards, also officially licensed by Major League Baseball™. These Math flash cards prominently feature team logos, a Coach Card including “rounding the bases” with basic Multiplication or Addition rules, and a Game Card including three fun baseball themed math games.

Sports Equation provides a FUN, new educational tool for KIDS to use with Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Teachers, Coaches, and with other KIDS! Our Math Learning Cards are also a great new sports-themed educational gift item, or ‘stocking stuffer’, for the upcoming Holiday season. As a Dad, it is very cool to bond with my girls talking about Sports AND Math at the same time. Watching them answer Math questions with great pride and confidence, by incorporating their favorite players and teams, kick-started us on pursuing this passion…
